The location and apartments are nice, but there are real problems. It’s noisy both day and night, at all hours, and the water pressure is terrible. In apartment #500 on the top floor, the toilet wasn’t getting water, so I had to fill the tank by hand for three weeks. After all that complaining, they finally replaced a part, but it still didn’t work right. In apartment #301, the internet was awful, kept dropping or wouldn’t connect, and I couldn’t watch TV. I complained many times during my three weeks there and it never got fixed. The host just sent the same written apology saying they’d look into it. Terrible customer service. My next complaint is Airbnb customer service.
