I booked two nights and stayed three because I enjoyed it so much. The room wasn’t big, but the bed was comfortable. The TV was great, the fridge worked fine, and both the fan and air conditioning were good. I liked the shower, and the breakfast was decent, though I wouldn’t call it the best I’ve ever had. I really enjoyed the pool and would absolutely recommend the place. Thanks to everyone who helped with check-in and answered my questions. The staff were all very nice, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile. I’m coming back.

I wanted a little privacy on this trip, and this place fit my budget. Medellin has great hostel options, but this was a good-value stay at 134K COP a night, or 34 USD. The staff were friendly, the Wi-Fi was good, and I liked the pool. Rooms were decent, though there’s no AC or complimentary water bottles like the two standard ones some hotels provide. The shower didn’t drain well. To reach reception, ring the bell on the right side of the gate.

It’s a shame, because the house has plenty of potential and is well located, but it clearly isn’t being looked after. The room was nothing like the photos and was very dirty and humid. I know humidity can be hard to manage in a tropical country, since I come from somewhere with the same problem, but they don’t seem to do anything about it. The carpet looked like it had never been cleaned. There was no hot water, the bathroom was dirty, the hairdryer caught fire, two of the mattresses were air mattresses, and there were hairs in the bed. Avoid this place.

The weather wasn’t good when we visited, but we still had fun watching movies and going out around poblado and Lleras, where there’s plenty to do. My boyfriend and I spent one night there last weekend and had a good time. We liked the pool, the service, and our beautiful room. It’s a nice place if you want somewhere quiet to relax and get away from your daily routine.
