We left after one night even though we'd booked two. The room was clean but very small, with no sheet on the bed and no towels. There was no bathroom ventilation, the walls seemed like cardboard and let us hear everything, and the only electrical outlet was in the bathroom. I wouldn't return.

The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. It's in a quiet area close to the metro, and the room was spacious, with a smart TV, comfortable bed, and a great bathroom with hot water.

Getting room service was very difficult, and the rooms are tiny. Shops, restaurants, and ATMs on la 80 are within walking distance, with restaurants close by.

This feels more like a hostel than a hotel.
