The staff were outstanding. When I was looking for a shorter way to the metro, a young woman offered to walk me there in the morning. Another staff member gave me her personal cell number in case I needed anything or had a problem. Breakfast was included and had eggs made to order. It’s a small, simple, clean hotel in a nice, safe, comfortable residential neighborhood. There are only ten rooms, and it’s a ten minute walk to the Pablado metro station. The rooms are small and the bathroom is tiny, though the shower had great hot water. There aren’t any amenities, just a place to stay, but it’s great value for the price.

The receptionist was really sweet, and the room had everything I needed: clean bathroom, clean room, and a comfy bed.

The best part was the Venezuelan woman at reception. She was so friendly and helpful. The rooms are quite small, and the bathroom is tiny. It works well if you’ll be out in Medellín all day and only come back to sleep; otherwise, I wouldn’t recommend it.
