The service made our stay especially nice. Everyone was kind and ready to answer our questions, and the space was comfortable and pleasant. It’s also very well located for exploring Medellín. Highly recommend it!

I stayed here for about 90 days a year for four years because it felt safe and was close to everything I needed. I had rooms 204 and 205 modernized, with better lighting and layouts. Then the staff changed last year and things went downhill. A suitcase I used to leave at the office went missing, and whenever I booked room 205, they gave it to someone else. They didn't seem to care that I was a regular guest. I told the owner, but he didn't care either. I found a cheaper hotel nearby with excellent staff. Be aware, I wouldn't stay here.

Laureles is a popular neighborhood, and there's plenty nearby. The room had hot water, cable TV, and a fan, which was enough for Medellín's mild temperatures. The TV guide was painfully slow, though, and there's no A/C. Keep in mind this is a budget hotel. If you're hoping to get proper rest, the street parties, traffic, and planes are loud and go on through the night. That's my take, anyway.
