The spa and jacuzzi were a great way to unwind after a long day, and the food and drinks had lots of good options. The hotel is very close to El Poblado and Provenza, so restaurants, nightlife, and shops are easy to explore. The property feels almost new, is very clean and well maintained, and the friendly staff were attentive and ready to help. I had a great stay and would gladly come back. Definitely recommend it if you're visiting the area!

The hotel was extremely clean, easily a 5 out of 5 for that, and the room design was nice. The staff were friendly too. But the good points didn't make up for the rest, and this didn't feel like a true 5-star stay. Breakfast was disappointing: most food didn't taste fresh, though the fruit was fine. The gym and spa weren't fully ready, and even basic coffee at breakfast cost extra. The loud music from the bar by the lobby was the worst part. It made the hotel feel uncomfortable and not relaxing, so we switched hotels for the rest of our Medellín trip. It didn't meet 5-star standards.

After a long time on the road, this hotel was a welcome break. The facilities are wonderful, the central neighborhood feels safe and is easy to walk around, and the service is excellent. The front desk staff also gave lots of helpful recommendations.

The rooftop restaurant was great for both breakfast and dinner, and the views are fabulous. It's a very nice hotel in a good, safe location. Everyone on staff was polite and helpful. My room was clean and nice, though compact.
