The location is fantastic, which makes it a shame that I wouldn't return. Room 205 had no windows and was incredibly humid. You could feel the dampness even though you couldn't see it, and the walls seemed to have been treated. The standing fan did nothing for the problem. Reception didn't know what a dehumidifier was when I asked for one. Because my girlfriend has asthma, they moved us to room 203. That room wasn't humid, but the hot water didn't work, so I had cold showers on three of the four days. Hot water is essential in a hotel, and I don't even have this problem at home. There was no hand soap or shampoo, the breakfast was the same every day, and the men's restroom at reception didn't even have a toilet seat. It looked completely bare and terrible. I give it zero stars and don't recommend it.

The location is great, and the price and service were good too. We didn’t need air conditioning, though the rooms don’t have it. The staff were very friendly, and a young receptionist even helped my daughter and niece make a TikTok video, which we really appreciated since that’s beyond the usual service.

They canceled our reservation just days before we were due to arrive, with no explanation beyond saying the city was in high demand. They seem to overbook, then leave guests without help or any guarantee. They say reservations aren’t guaranteed, even though they also say payment is made entirely in cash on arrival. I absolutely don’t recommend this hotel. There was no sense of responsibility or commitment.
