I spent 38 days in this apartment and everything worked out perfectly. The host was very accommodating and communicated well the whole time, and the building was impeccable. The neighborhood has everything you need within a three-minute walk in any direction. Las Negras became my regular pastry stop, while La Ardilla, open 24/7 and no frills, was a lifesaver when I needed a late-night meal. The location couldn't be better.

The host responded quickly, and the room was spotless, almost like new, with a beautiful view. There is 24-hour security. Getting around is easy since it's next to the tranvia, which connects conveniently to the metro. The stadium is about 15-20 minutes away, and the museum of Antioquia is roughly 10 minutes away.

AIANA VERDE makes it easy to work, live, and spend time without leaving the building, with the amenities you'd expect from a modern place. It's also a sustainable building, built at a fraction of what a typical "green" LEED project costs. Buenos Aires is worth considering for a real Medellin experience, and there are plenty of shops and restaurants around with reasonable prices. The building is in the center, close to mass transit and most attractions. Medellin is a big city, but you can get to any part of it in under 30 minutes from here.
