Hostal Komfort - Hostel

There are cockroaches, and food disappears from the shared kitchen even though they supposedly have cameras. The rooms are tiny, with no ventilation or windows, and some don't even have a fan, so they get unbearably hot. At first the place looks good, but what they tell you sounds nothing like the reality. It's very expensive, and despite what they claim, Wi-Fi isn't included. The rate is 30,000 per night, with washing machine use charged separately. You pay by the day, but it's supposedly open only until noon, and it barely feels habitable. Neither the staff nor the receptionist are friendly, and I don't recommend staying here. It makes me sad because people who can't afford a regular rental live here, including families with children, especially Venezuelan refugees. The receptionist is Venezuelan. I don't like this place.

I liked the place. My only complaint is that there’s no television in the room.

The room was comfortable, and the service was very nice.
