Hotel Casa Victoria MedellÚ

Gioia, the hotel representative, handled an unexpected problem I had while staying at one of the group's other hotels, and she sorted it out quickly after understanding the issue. Mistakes happen, but the way they're handled makes a real difference. My room here is grand and has every amenity I could need. It's a beautiful hotel in a fabulous location, and I highly recommend the group. Thank you so much, Gioia! See you soon. 🔥❣️

El Poblado in Medellín was a great surprise. The location is great, and the hotel has free parking and a gym. Service was exceptional.

The hotel is very clean, with comfortable rooms, comfortable beds, hot water, working toilets, and AC. It's on the same block as a grocery store and within walking distance of Zona Dos, a plaza with dining, beauty stores, and other things you might need while traveling. The staff are kind and the breakfast was delicious. I'd definitely come back.

The views from Hotel Casa Victoria were unforgettable, with panoramic scenery from the location and lovely spots to take it in, like the balcony or rooftop. I also found the restaurant cozy, with delicious, nicely presented food and friendly, prompt service. Breakfast had fresh local ingredients, and the menu mixed traditional and modern dishes. Cleanliness was excellent throughout, from the lobby to the rooms, with crisp linens and well-kept spaces. The staff were kind and professional, offering useful local tips and thoughtful little gestures. Check-in was easy, and the reception team made me feel welcome from the start. I'd gladly return to Hotel Casa Victoria, and recommend it for the comfort, food, views, and care.
