The finca itself was lovely, and the heated pool was a nice surprise. The staff were wonderful, with such warm, smiling hearts, and went out of their way to help. Thanks, Andres, for making it happen. I’d happily return, even just to spend time with them.

The photos don’t match the facilities, and the overall experience was unpleasant. The regular rooms had old, very hard mattresses with holes, while the bathrooms were always wet and slippery because there were no floor mats. They have a volleyball net, but the ball was damaged, and they don’t accept credit cards. I also wouldn’t expect to get back anything you accidentally leave in your room. Even if they find it, they’ll keep it. I found that dishonest and wouldn’t recommend this place.

The cabins and farm were quite nice, and the service was perfect. The food, which you pay for in advance, was the letdown: there were no choices at all, and the portions were small.

It’s a nice spot to unwind, though it feels a bit expensive for what you get.
