Hotel Greenview Medellin

The rooms were good, and the location worked well. Still, some of my skincare creams had gone missing from their jars. I noticed right away because I keep my things very organized, though someone less attentive might not have. I had already raised it with reception. Such a shame in an otherwise nice hotel.

The reception team were especially helpful when I made a few booking mistakes, and they were incredibly patient. Their service made the stay really enjoyable. The hotel is in a great spot and the prices are affordable. I visited last week and would absolutely recommend it.

I had to scramble to find another place after the hotel canceled my reservation. I booked directly, and the confirmation said to reserve now and pay later, with no mention of a deposit to hold the booking. A week before arrival, an email from another source asked me to pay or risk cancellation, but it included no link or secure way to make the deposit. Less than 24 hours later, I was told the reservation was canceled. When I contacted the property, they said they had no availability. Completely unacceptable.

We had a really good stay and would book again if we come back. Chef Abimael went out of his way to accommodate our five-year-old, and the kitchen served great food. The hotel is a great value, with excellent service and a location where we could walk to el poblado. We also felt very safe.
