The bed could have been better, which is why I gave four stars. Apart from that, the customer service was great, the location is good, and I felt safe walking around the neighborhood. I'd recommend it.

The room was clean, and I was glad it had air conditioning. It was also very quiet by Colombian standards. Everyone on staff was friendly, housekeeping did a great job, and the room was a great value. I really enjoyed staying here.

The staff made this another lovely stay. The receptionist was delightful, though I didn't get her name, and everyone was courteous, friendly, and helpful. This was my second time at Ayenfa Infinity. The room was clean and felt fresh and new, and the bed was comfortable. I preferred the layout and larger clothes cupboard in my first room, but this one was still good. Definitely 5 star!

Laureles was a great base, with plenty of cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The room was comfortable, and I really liked the shower head. Staff were very friendly too.

The neighborhood has wine bars, cafes, and plenty to enjoy, and the included breakfast was good. My room was spacious and clean, and the staff were awesome. It isn't the Hyatt, but it's got everything you really need.
