Lettera Hotel

I was comfortable here for six days. The rooms were lovely and exceptionally clean, and the setting is gorgeous with plants all around. Breakfast was outstanding, and the staff were incredibly kind and attentive. The location is great too, near nightlife, shops, and restaurants but far enough away that the noise doesn’t carry. Such a lovely hotel!

The hotel itself is beautiful, but that didn’t help when management ignored the noise ruining my stay. Construction directly above and beside my suite woke me every morning, and it was so loud I couldn’t rest or spend time in the room during the day. When I raised it, the front desk brushed me off with “We’re working on it,” then said the manager should call. Four days later, no call, no fix, and no accountability. They never offered to move me or compensate me, but kept charging me while my stay was being ruined. The staff seemed unprofessional, powerless, and dismissive. I paid for peace and comfort and got the opposite. At this point it feels less like hospitality and more like being robbed. I consider them thieves and am disputing the charges with my credit card.

The staff were awesome, and the rooms were nice and very clean. It’s on a quiet street, and breakfast was good. A great place to stay while visiting Medellín.

The hotel looks just like the pictures and feels cozy and very clean. The staff were welcoming, helpful, and spoke English. Breakfast is a buffet with limited choices, but what they had was good. There are lots of bars and restaurants nearby, and the area feels safe.
