During our stay, protests were happening, and the staff did a great job looking after our safety. My friends and I felt they went out of their way to keep us secure and make sure we were cared for. Shops, restaurants, and bars are all within walking distance, too. It's an awesome place, and I'd recommend it to anyone wanting a good night's sleep with a supportive team.

There's plenty to eat nearby, and a lavandería right next door can wash your clothes in a few hours for very little. The hotel itself is great, with friendly staff, comfortable beds, and a good location. Just know the discoteque across the road is really loud until 2 a.m., so that could be a problem if noise bothers you.

I've stayed here over the last few years and have always been happy with the service and staff. A few ideas for improving the guest experience: small face cloths, coffee makers for one or two cups, and bigger trash cans in the rooms. For English speakers, a cable to connect a computer to the TV for Netflix or YouTube would help, since the channels are all in Spanish. The advertised hot tub usually isn't filled, so it goes unused. At breakfast, bacon as an option and different egg choices, perhaps on a menu, plus some English, might be useful. These are just suggestions. I like the hotel and its friendly staff.

Still a great place with a great location. Since last week, breakfast has been quicker and more convenient.
