Good location and nice value for the price, and the staff are lovely. The breakfast wasn’t great, though, with cardboard-like arepas served in Styrofoam takeaway containers. The hostel also doesn’t have recycling bins.

The staff are friendly, and it’s close to the metro and a large supermarket. The property feels a bit dated, and you can hear noise from the shared areas because of the building’s construction, which makes sleep difficult when there’s loud music. There aren’t many kitchen utensils either.

It’s handy for the metro and plenty of authentic, inexpensive restaurants. This was one of the first hostels in Medellín, and the staff were all helpful and friendly. They arrange different activities, and the showers have hot water. The dorm beds were old and uncomfortable, but having two pillows per bed helped.

Friendly staff at this cozy hostel. It’s affordable, with standard-quality rooms, and the location is handy, just two blocks from Sur Americana metro stop and one block from Exíto, the giant supermarket.

The owners are so welcoming and friendly, and the nearest train station is only a few minutes’ walk away. What a great place to stay, definitely recommended!
