I'm still surprised this place has a Booking rating above 8. We stayed five nights and never got any cleaning or fresh towels. I don't know why it's listed as a hotel when it doesn't provide hotel services. It was extremely noisy outside and in the hallway: people stood there laughing and shouting late at night. We were only two and they were a group, so we were afraid to open the door and ask them to quiet down. The sink only had cold water, and the bed was really, really bad. Breakfast was okay, tasty, but there was just one option each morning. Please avoid this place.

The breakfast was really good, everything was clean, and the staff were very friendly. The place is nicely furnished, with several balconies, a terrace, a lounge, and seating areas. A few things feel dated: the room key was crooked, the door frame slightly broken, and the tap dripped. The constant noise was the worst part for us, and the windows aren't well insulated. Then again, it is a big city. A lovely B&B if you can put up with a lot of noise. Thanks to the wonderful staff! ❤️

The place is cozy and very nice, and the staff were all incredibly attentive and friendly. Everything was in excellent condition. My only suggestion would be to add something to the curtains to block out the light. Highly recommended.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the manager was especially attentive. That service is why I gave it five stars, even though not everything was excellent. The rooftop terrace has a worthwhile view at night. Street noise was clearly audible from 5:30 a.m. until 10:00 or 11:00 p.m., but we could still sleep peacefully at night. The rooms are small, but clean and fully furnished. The wardrobe is in the bathroom, which isn't convenient for a longer stay. Wi-Fi worked reliably throughout the hotel. Coffee and water were available 24/7, though during our stay the coffee and cups ran out several times after 10 p.m. and weren't replenished until the next day. July 2023
