Cockroaches in the room and dirty towels made the stay uncomfortable and raised hygiene concerns. Service was generally poor too, and the reservation terms weren't honored as agreed. Breakfast was listed as included, but when we arrived they said it wouldn't be served on December 25th or 28th, during our December 24th to 28th stay. That felt unclear and like a breach of contract. The overall experience was unsatisfactory, and the hotel needs to improve its service, cleanliness, and follow-through on reservation terms.

The bathroom had urine everywhere and the shower didn't work properly. The room hadn't been cleaned: the floor was dirty, there was trash under the beds, and it smelled bad. It was a horrible experience, and the breakfast was awful too. For what we got, it was extremely expensive. Honestly, this isn't a hotel. I don't recommend it.

We couldn't stay because the dirty room looked nothing like the photos. For such a high price there were no amenities, no elevator, and no Wi-Fi. They didn't refund the full amount either. The service was terrible, with few solutions and a very bad attitude.

I paid for a room I couldn't enjoy all day. The one they first assigned wasn't right for me, and after I went out around midday, they said it would be ready at 3 pm. When I came back at 6, it still wasn't ready. I had to keep waiting, and eventually got a room that was only half cleaned. The receptionist's attitude was awful. Most people seem to complain about her, yet she's still there. The facilities are decent but lack quality, and the service and cleanliness were terrible.

You can park if you arrive by car, though pigeons will leave it filthy. The room itself is basic, with cockroaches and a really bad smell, and the balcony door doesn't close properly.
