Booking at the desk cost me half what the hotel apps showed, so it was a great deal. My room was clean and had a jacuzzi, and the whole place was spotless. There's secure indoor parking near reception. It isn't fancy, but it's safe, clean, and a bargain. I'll definitely come back when I'm in Medellin.

The staff were really friendly, and we could park our motorcycles safely here. Our room and bathroom were clean, with hot showers and Wi-Fi. It’s a nice, clean hotel close to the Center of Medellín. Thanks 🙏

They charged us for unnecessary things, including an unmade bed, then locked us in until we'd paid. Worst hotel.

We went two nights without towels and one night without a blanket. We asked several times, but got no reply or were ignored, and the room was never cleaned, so we slept in the same sheets for both nights. The receptionists always looked sour. The service and care were poor, and it leaves a bad impression of people from Medellín.

We only stayed because we arrived in the early hours after a concert and had nowhere else to go. The room doors kept sticking shut all night. The place was filthy enough that we slept in our clothes and went without pillows. They cut off the water, so we had to queue for a shared bathroom with other guests. When we asked to change rooms, the receptionist was incredibly rude and said that was all they had. TERRIBLE!
