The rooftop was a lovely place to unwind and take in the view. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and the staff’s warm friendliness made the stay feel especially inviting and comfortable.

Apartment 201, like the other units on that tier, has a glass door opening onto an interior utility patio. A flock of pigeons has taken over the patio and left the area filthy, with droppings all over the door. The administrator, Yoselin, along with the managers and receptionist, wouldn’t deal with it or clean the door. Given the health concerns, I think the hotel’s license should be removed. This place is a disgrace, and I wouldn’t recommend staying unless pigeon mess all over the door doesn’t bother you.

It’s a nice place to stay, but the rooftop service was awful and far too slow.

The sound isolation is pretty bad. I was on the fourth floor and could still hear weights dropping from people training in the gym at 5 am 🏋️♂️. There was noise from all around the building and across the floors.

The staff were unbelievably friendly and made me feel so welcome. Special thanks to Ximena, who went out of her way after a full day of work to track down some rare snacks that were apparently only available in select stores. I’ll always look forward to the day we meet again. Medellín es un chimba!!!
