A really bad experience. The service and quality didn’t feel worth what we paid.

I liked the hotel and its amenities, but the music downstairs plays super loud from 9AM-9PM. I wouldn’t choose this place if you want to sleep in, turn in early, or take a nap during the day.

The location in town is good and the price was okay, but the staff seemed uninterested, like nobody cared. We had a two-day ‘power cut’, so there was no AC, the rooms weren’t made up, and the showers didn’t work. I understand that outages happen, but the rest of the village had generators. Why didn’t a big hotel?

The rooftop hammocks make for a relaxing spot, and the double room was nice. Breakfast was good too. I’m not sure why they sometimes play very loud music in the bar area, especially in the evening.

The rooms were nice, the staff were pleasant, and both breakfast and the food were really good. Still, it felt a bit expensive for what was offered, and the service was hit and miss. Our room wasn’t cleaned for three days, and when we went to eat, the restaurant was closed for dinner. It wouldn’t take much to make this place great.
