Ayenda 2101 Boutique Rio Mont

The rooms are basic, and the air conditioning controls kept malfunctioning. Breakfast comes with the stay, but it was nothing special, and you could eat better elsewhere. The two men working the day and night shifts seemed unhappy in their jobs and were consistently dismissive. If you want good service and a friendly welcome, this isn't the place. If you just need somewhere to sleep with almost no interaction, it can do the job. Two or three stars is plenty.

It's clean and affordable, and breakfast is included each day with most rates, depending on which one you choose. The hotel sits in a quiet, peaceful area beside the clinic and police station. It may not look that way at first, but I felt it was safe. Staff could be friendlier, though we guests can still be welcoming and bring good energy ourselves.

The rooms are pleasant enough, though not the best. Maintenance is needed for the lights and air conditioning, and the fans and remote batteries don't work properly. The reception feels rough, hot, and dark. Towels are quite worn, there are no thick blankets, and the bathroom soap is poor quality. Staff are not the strongest point either, and management needs more training and oversight. There is no parking.

This is a business hotel. I asked every day for the broken shower to be repaired, but nobody acted on the request. Breakfast is very fresh, though it's the same every day. You also can't buy the things you might need for your stay, so by the time you get back to your room, you've gone without whatever you wanted.
