I used to dream about coming here when I was a kid, and now I finally got to! I loved the facilities. Having a hotel this good in our region is a real plus 🥰🥰

I travel all over Colombia and have never had service this bad. I was staying with my partner, but they gave us only one towel. When it got soaked, I asked the receptionist for another and she said we were allowed just one for the whole stay. On the second night she wouldn’t replace it, and she was really rude about it. Another night, she also wrote down a snack I hadn’t eaten. Terrible service. Staff who treat guests this way are no good for a place to stay.

It has a family home feel, with a calm atmosphere where you can get a proper rest. The staff treat everyone equally, and the service and location are both excellent. A couple of things could be better: in some rooms, bathroom smells spread through the whole room, and the internet is a bit slow if you need to work online. Otherwise, I recommend staying here.
