8/10
The room was great and had air conditioning. The receptionist was fantastic and especially helpful since my Spanish is very basic. Breakfast was the one letdown, very plain, with toast that hadn't even been toasted.

Right in downtown Palmira, the hotel is close to the financial and government offices. The rooms are comfortable and clean, but the employees really stood out. From top to bottom, they're a great team, kind and always ready to help with information or make your stay as pleasant as possible. I highly recommend it.

The staff were very helpful, and the food was really nice. The room itself was pleasant, though it got little natural light because the window looked onto concrete.

We're stuck here for two more nights, and everything has been disappointing. The shower has no hot water, and our room doesn't have the advertised 42inch TV or down comforter. This place is a total dump with false advertising.

10/10
The staff are amazing, and they're very accommodating and friendly even though their English is limited. If you're American or English and want something cheap, this place is worth considering. Five stars for the staff.
