The river tubing was a lot of fun, and our guide was great. Staff were very attentive, and the place is spacious and luxurious in a beautiful natural setting. The food is expensive by Colombian standards, but I felt the detail and flavor in each dish made it worth the price. The extras are the downside. Drinks, activities, and snacks are really overpriced, which makes it hard to fully enjoy the place when you know they cost 2-3x more than nearby.

The food was fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. The rooms are comfortable and connected to the outdoors, and even the open-air shower is worth the trip. With the spa, river access, and surrounding nature reserve, this feels like an experience rather than just a place to sleep. One Santuario sits in the jungle along the Palomino River, at the foothills of the Sierra Nevada. The grounds are huge, lush, and beautifully kept, with a kind of energy that makes time feel different. The staff genuinely care, in a personal way that feels more like being welcomed into someone’s home than going through a five-star script. Every detail, from arrival to the little moments, seemed thought through. If you’re after rooftop pools and nightlife, this isn’t the place. For a real chance to disconnect, breathe, and leave feeling changed, it delivers. I’m already planning another trip.

The owners and their caring team put their heart and soul into this sanctuary, and you can feel it. We loved staying at One Santuario and can’t wait to return to relax by the river. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The grounds are gorgeous, and the river and beach in the sacred Sierra Nevada mountains felt like a special kind of paradise. We felt all the love and energy of the place.

A perfect spot for a restful retreat, surrounded by the jungle around Sierra Nevada. The cabaña had plenty of room to unwind, and the river was only moments away for a swim. Tubing, massages, and steam therapy are also available. The staff were friendly and made the whole trip easy and enjoyable. The rooms were spacious and air conditioned, with lovely outdoor showers. The food was phenomenal, fresh, full of flavor, and varied. We’d love to come back to One Santuario!

The team made the stay special, warm and attentive, and clearly proud of what they’ve created without ever getting in the way. The food is 10/10, and try the spa treatments! I was glad to return to One Santuario. It might be one of my favorite places on earth. The jungle setting feels unreal, peaceful, and full of good energy, with a lovely balance of nature and comfort. Everything seems designed to help you slow down, breathe, and disconnect. It’s a memorable place to reset and recharge on Colombia’s Caribbean coast. Can’t wait to come back. 🌿✨
