The service was awful, and the place was dirty. There was underwear left by previous guests in the bathroom, which was also in poor condition.

During Carnival, when hotels were full, I arrived in Pasto after booking six months ahead and was told they had no reservation for me. That left me almost without anywhere to stay, which was a huge disadvantage. They're irresponsible. I asked for help finding another hotel, but they refused and then stopped replying. I can't recommend them.

I got no rest because the hotel is right by the street and the noise was terrible. They offered no solution. I really don't recommend staying here.

The receptionist was disrespectful. When I complained, she walked away and left me talking to myself. Don't trust a booking here, even through Booking.com. They cancel reservations, then try to "fix" things by charging more.

There were cockroaches in the bathroom, and the hotel was very dirty. I also found fluids on the sheets, which made it seem like they weren't changed between guests. This felt more like a short-term rental than a hotel.
