The room was right above the restaurant, and noise carried through the hotel's open three-floor atrium. I'd ask for a room elsewhere. Hot water took about three minutes to come through in the shower, and the sink only got hot once the shower was running too. Breakfast was small and repetitive. On the plus side, the rooms are spacious, cleaned very well every day, and the receptionists were extremely helpful. The restaurant has a dinner menu. The central location between the two main plazas was very good for my week during carnaval. I also had trouble getting a reply to reservation messages. They said they'd respond, but didn't, and I had to get a local friend to call and chase them.

They even brought a fridge to the room. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, and parking in the city center was free. What really stood out, though, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive to detail, unlike anything I've experienced elsewhere.

The rooms felt dark and stuffy, and the bathrooms were dated. The bed was comfortable, but the Wi-Fi was so slow it let the stay down. The restaurant is very basic, so I'd avoid it. The manager and the rest of the staff were great, and there's secure parking underneath. The hotel is right in the heart of Pasto, with lots of good street food and restaurants nearby.

There’s no lift, and access is limited. The rooms are a good size and kept in good condition, but they have no windows. Fine for a short stay.
