The rooms are on the small side but nice, and the beds are very firm. Breakfast is included, and they make it for you. The staff helped us order pizza and get to the mall, among other things. They're wonderful! This was our second time here, and we'll stay whenever we're in pasto.

The location is ideal if you want to relax. We stayed nine nights, and everything was great: comfortable beds, impeccable cleanliness, and delicious breakfast. The staff were so friendly and attentive that it felt like being at home. Excellent service.

The location is excellent, with transport, restaurants, bars, and a 24-hour pharmacy on the corner. Breakfast was delicious and well balanced, and there's a minibar in the lobby. The room was very good value for money, and the hotel was clean with friendly staff. The hot water didn't work for us, but it seemed like a one-off. It was a lovely experience, and I'd definitely stay again when I return to Pasto. Highly recommended for a trip with friends, family, or a partner.
