Patricia is the real highlight here. She handles breakfast, which is included, and makes sure you're comfortable. She was so thoughtful and welcoming that we felt like part of her family, with lots of little and big gestures. Muchas gracias a Patricia y su familia, y excelente continuacion! After three months of travel, this has been our favorite hotel so far. We had room 205, which was spacious, bright, and clean, with a king-sized bed, hot water, and Netflix and Amazon on the TV. Parque Caldas is a 10-15 minute walk away, and there are nice restaurants closer by too.

Patricia looks after you from start to finish, and will adapt breakfast to what you want. The bed is a large 190 cm, the shower has hot water, and the comfort is great. Best hotel I've stayed at in Colombia, highly recommended.

I arrived drenched after getting caught in a storm, and the team welcomed me with a towel and hot coffee. The place was clean and modern, with hot showers. I loved staying here and would come back.

Getting around was easy from this convenient spot near the bus terminal. I found the rooms comfortable, clean, and well kept, and the staff were always friendly and ready to help. I had an excellent stay and would definitely return. Highly recommend it for the comfort, service, and location.
