I went with my partner during Holy Week. There were lots of people, but seeing the procession and all the food around the celebration was an incredible experience. The hotel is near Humilladero Bridge, so we didn’t need to use the car, and it has secure parking. The staff were very respectful and attentive. One night for two people cost $140,000 COP. Everything else was perfect, but there was no fan, so I can’t give it five stars.

At the start of 2025, a couples’ room cost 80 pesos per night, and the rooms have everything needed to be comfortable. The hotel is very close to Popayán’s historic center, just beyond the Humilladero bridge. We generally liked the location, though not the neighborhood. There are many residences in the area, and prostitution on the right side.

It was fine overall, with nice facilities and a good spot near the center. The only issue was the ventilation. It’s a good place to rest.

Whenever I come to Popayán, I stay here. I can’t really explain it, but the place gives me a feeling of peace, tranquility, and security. The price is affordable. As of November 7, 2023, a room costs 70,000 pesos for 24 hours.

A very good option for a city visit, whether for work or tourism. The rooms, linens, and bathrooms were clean. I hope they keep them that way.
