The location and genuinely hot shower water were both great, and the staff were wonderful. The room, though, got warm and had no fan, so we had to leave the windows open all night. That’s why I’d only give the room four stars.

Parque Caldas is just a few minutes away on foot, and the hotel itself has lovely grounds, clean, spacious rooms, and hot water. The service team was helpful and accommodating, especially Erica.

The sunset view is lovely, and the food was good. There are only four tables by the window, though. The staff were very polite.

The internet didn’t work, and the place was dirty, noisy, and mouldy.

The location was excellent, and the staff were friendly. Our room was fine, but the bathroom was dirty, especially the shower, and smelled of sewage. Loud music from another room woke us in the early morning, in the middle of the night. What bothered me most was the price: we booked an evening without breakfast, then decided in the morning to add it because of logistical issues, but they wouldn’t include it at the price they had quoted. I don’t like being given one price and then charged more.
