We stayed with a group of friends and had a really good time. The rooms were nice, the AC worked well, and both the food and service were good.

The steep climb is the main difficulty, and the road can be a little hard to spot. Still, the views are amazing, the staff are very attentive, and it's a lovely place to relax. This beautiful boutique hotel sits high on a mountain, so it feels like the only hacienda for miles.

Christian at the pool bar and restaurant was outstanding. He kept going above and beyond throughout our stay to make sure we were looked after. Christian, keep up the great work!

It's a beautiful, peaceful place and just right for relaxing. I do think they should improve customer service and be more attentive. A lovely setting matters, but good service matters too.

10/10
We were very happy with our stay. The service was 10/10, and the staff looked after us so well. It was peaceful and full of nature, with a spectacular view. Seeing so many birds and waking to their singing at sunrise was incredibly relaxing.
