The rooms are great, and the staff were friendly. My only issue was the internet, which wasn’t great while I was there, though I know that can happen. I stayed one night and think it’d be a good hotel for a couple of days. Cabs are always available for getting downtown. 9/10, would recommend.

It’s conveniently close to the airport. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and both the receptionist and cleaning staff were helpful.

I had breakfast one morning and came back the next day, when I was told I needed a facemask. No one had required one the first day or mentioned it at check-in. They sent me downstairs to get one and come back. If facemasks are required only in the dining area, why aren’t they offered there? Also, I called ahead and a worker confirmed my reservation, but when I arrived, no booking had been made. Fortunately, a room was available.

The restaurant and food are fine, and the building, rooms, and conference rooms seem worthy of five stars. The service brings my rating down: to me, customer care is not a strong point in Quibdó, and this hotel’s service feels like that of other local hotels. I’d put the hotel at zero for service and about 2.5 overall, but since that wasn’t an option, I chose three stars. I’m sure bringing in employees from Bogota or Medellin would improve things a lot.

The hotel itself is decent, but the workers are loud and obnoxious in the hallways all day, with no regard for guests trying to stay in their rooms.
