0/10. I came in at noon on February 22nd to book a four-week stay for my mother. When I asked the woman at reception if I could walk over to the window to look at the pool, she flatly refused. I've never been treated so badly, and I can't understand why they run the business this way. They lost a four-week booking over something as simple as letting me see the pool. I wouldn't recommend this hotel. Management should review the security footage and identify the employee. That interaction cost them the booking.

The food choices were really good, and everyone was friendly. I spent a week here and felt better than I have in ages. The bed was comfortable, the pools were nice, and the gym was well equipped. Such a nice hotel.

The daily soups were good, but the food menu got repetitive. Bartender Marco was excellent, and the pool and beach/pool were still enjoyable despite the rain. It's an easy walk to everything in the center. The all-inclusive deal seems to apply when it suits them, and the advertised schedule wasn't followed. The bar is supposedly open from 10 to 23, but they close whenever they want. They charged me for bottled water even though the tap water is absolutely not drinkable, and I didn't get hand soap for my first three days. I wasn't sure if that was meant to cost extra too 🤷🏻♂️ You can't have visitors who aren't staying at the hotel, and the doors to the second tower are locked at 21:00. The gym has good equipment, but there are only three bars and one set of each plate.

We booked a package with three meals, evening shows, drinks at the bars, and daily excursions. The food was spectacular, the shows were funny and family friendly, and the staff were so kind. Phillip and Mark were especially nice. I loved my stay and will come back. It takes around 5-10 minutes to walk to the beach and shops. We didn't rent any of the transportation offered outside the hotel since walking was fine for us. Rain meant we could only do two of the included excursions. One was a bus tour around the island, with a stop where you could pay to visit a cave museum, which is good for kids, and another where you could pay to enter La Piscinita. It's deep there, but life jackets are available. On the other day, we took a boat trip along the coast and the driver let us get out to look at the fish. I'm from the states and visited San Andrés. Bring your own snorkel goggles and water shoes, or get them there. There are lots of shops, so bring cash and a card since not every place accepts cards.
