The staff were attentive and helpful from check-in to check-out, and the room was comfortable, spacious, and well maintained. Hot water was there whenever I needed it, which made a big difference. 111 Hotel is well located in San Andrés, clean, and has great facilities. I had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it for comfort and good service. If I’m back in San Andrés, I’ll definitely stay here again.

It’s super clean, feels modern and comfortable, and is close to the downtown/pink area of San Andrés. The staff were attentive and gentle, and the coffee was good! It’s very cold 🥶, but I guess that means the AC works properly, so that’s good.

The hotel was impeccable and newly renovated, and everything is within walking distance. The staff were really friendly, and the amenities were great. Best of all, they let guests with late flights like us use a shower, so we could spend a little longer at the beach.

Hotels 111 is centrally located, just a short walk from the main beach. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well equipped, with especially cozy beds. The whole place is clean and organized, and the service was excellent. The staff were friendly, polite, fluent in English, and always ready to help. Highly recommended for a quality stay in San Andres, Colombia.

The rooms have no windows, just AC, and they get too humid. Ventilation could be better.
