We booked through Booking.com for December 31, 2022 to January 2, 2023. This works well for a short stay, and the water wasn't very cold even without hot water, so showering was comfortable. The apartment is just a few blocks from the beach in a central spot. It has two floors, two roomy bedrooms, two bathrooms, a balcony, and a pool. There are drawbacks: Wi-Fi was only available in some shared areas, the kitchen was disappointing, the upstairs bathroom smelled bad, and one bedroom had neither air conditioning nor outside ventilation. We also arrived to find no toilet paper, soap, or shampoo. Renovation is underway, but there's still a lot to fix.

From Apartment 610's three levels to its comfortable rooms and full equipment, it was a comfortable place to stay. The sea view was excellent, and everything was close by, so we could make the most of our time on the island.

The building itself was fine, but after 5 pm they won't let you wash the sand off when you come back from the beach, so you have to go into the apartment as you are. The area smells bad from stagnant water, rubbish building up on the beach, and sewage.

A great accommodation choice on San Andrés Island. It's in Punta Hanso, one block from "Hamburguesas El Corral," right at the start of the pedestrian walkway.

After the air conditioning problem was finally sorted out, the apartment was clean and cool, and the location was ideal. Getting to that point took a while, though. We had no AC at first and had to spend our first night without it. The owner stayed responsive throughout, and once the issue was fixed, our stay was spectacular.
