Buses stop right outside, so getting around is easy. The guesthouse is one block from the main road, around 15 minutes on foot from the city center and about the same from the airport. We got a very clean room, and it was kept up during our stay. The service was excellent, 10 out of 10. Staff were respectful and didn't bother us at all. The pool is on the small side but good enough to cool off in during the heat. I really liked the place for its location and service, and recommend it.

We split our stay across several places, and this was the last one and easily the best. The comfortable beds, refrigerator, kitchen, and tables and chairs in the room covered what we needed. There were also lots of lovely shared spaces, especially the rooftop terrace with ocean views and the beautiful pool for cooling off. The family running the inn was absolutely charming. Unlike the other similar places we stayed, they cleaned our room daily and offered laundry at a very reasonable price. It's a couple of blocks from the center, with a supermarket across the street and several shops nearby for anything you might need. To me, it's the best inn on all of San Andrés Island.

It was a really quiet, comfortable place and very affordable. Everything felt close, transport was good, and you could cook or find food nearby. The pool was especially relaxing.

The service from Don Mario and his wife was excellent during our three-day stay. They were kind, attentive, and quick to answer questions or sort things out. The rooms were airy and well ventilated, with a refrigerator, cable TV, Wi-Fi, a closet, and a kitchen stocked with basic supplies. Bathrooms were clean, and the cleaning staff did an efficient job. Nothing went missing. It's easy to reach and near the center, but still very quiet. There's a D1 half a block away for shopping. The one hassle was finding restaurants or places to eat nearby, though we managed to work around it.
