Being charged upfront meant I couldn't leave, even after they told me my paid stay had ended while I still had one night left. Each day brought another problem, and they moved me between rooms three times for no clear reason, despite there being no new guests. When I went out, people came into my room and used my bathroom. The place was dirty, smelled bad, had no privacy, and was far from everything. They'd told me there was Wi-Fi, then disconnected it when I paid, even though it was my only way to contact my family. This was the worst thing that happened to me in San Andrés. It can ruin your vacation.

The rooms were overbooked and the whole place was a mess. It was dirty, and there was no air conditioning despite what Booking.com promised. Wi-Fi was awful and only available for limited periods, and the woman running the house made noise all night because she was an insomniac. Far too expensive for the facilities and filth. Worst homestay of my six months traveling, and the most expensive one too.
