The room was spacious and clean, and having AC was a real plus. The manager was very kind and helpful, even taking us into the centre and helping us enjoy the Island. It’s a basic hotel, but it does what you need well for the price. Just so you know, the water wasn’t hot, only ambient temperature.

The rooms are decent, and the hotel is about a 40-minute walk from the city center. There’s also a bus every 15 minutes that costs 3000 pesos. The host was especially attentive and can pick you up from or take you to the airport. He also gives advice about things to see around the island.

It’s a quiet area near the airport, and the beach is about a 10-minute walk away. The hostel is simple, comfortable, and clean, with excellent service from Edward and the rest of the staff. My private room had a fridge and AC, and the sheets and towels were clean. There’s a shared barbecue area with a counter, kitchen utensils, and cookware. You’ll also meet people from all over the world.

My stay in San Andres was perfect, mostly thanks to how warmly Sarie Bay Inn welcomed me. The owners were kind, attentive, and courteous, and the shared kitchen was really well equipped. The AC was new, too. They even helped me sort out a problem with the airline for my arrival flight. It felt like a family place. I’d come back when I can! :)
