It’s a great base for exploring Mompox, and the service and value are both very good. Maybe having a few breakfast menus to choose from would be a nice extra. Otherwise, perfect.

We slept really well because the room was quiet, clean, and had a comfortable bed. Breakfast was delicious, served whenever you asked between 8 and 10 a.m., and we’d happily come back after this pleasant stay. The small hotel has a charming colonial atmosphere and is close to attractions, cafes, and restaurants. The staff were very kind and helpful. There’s no parking at the hotel, but they gave us a contact for a covered lot across the street that costs 15,000 pesos a day.

Everything was spotless, which matters a lot to me, and the rooms are lovely. The breakfast is delicious, too. Casa Isabelita is a really pleasant place, with comfortable facilities and excellent staff. My favorite was the terrace: lying in the hammock and listening to the birds was priceless. I’d definitely recommend it for a relaxing break.
