The staff were friendly, and it's close to everything. The place was comfortable and clean, with all the essentials and a well-equipped kitchen. Only thing missing was a sharp knife.

The staff were lovely and always around when we needed help with the main things. The apartment is in a perfect spot in San Andres, and I’d happily recommend staying here.

The location made getting around really easy. We could walk to restaurants in the evening, and buses to other parts of the island stop right outside. We also used the apartment kitchen for breakfast, and the fridge and air conditioning worked well. For the price, it seemed like decent value, but over our eight nights there were a lot of small problems, and I wouldn’t stay again or recommend it. The building seems to have gone downhill from lack of maintenance. The room faced one of the island’s main roads, with constant motorbike traffic, so it was noisy. There was no hot water, though the cold showers were manageable in the heat. One day the shower stopped working midway through a shower. We asked to switch rooms, but were first just given a key to another apartment to use its bathroom. Its water ran out, and every tap smelled strongly of rotten eggs. The next day our shower still wasn’t working. Only after we complained again did they move us, and the water was still cold. Neither bathroom had basics like a soap dish or toilet paper holder. The safes in both rooms were broken, so we had to lock our valuables in our own suitcases. The kitchen worked, though its equipment was in need of better upkeep. Reception was often unattended. At checkout there was nobody there, so I left the key inside the apartment and sent a message through Booking with a photo showing where I’d left it. They didn’t reply until four days later. It was the most neglected checkout I’ve ever had. There are other places in a similar price range that should offer a better stay.

We really appreciated being allowed to stay a few extra hours after checkout. The apartments were spacious, had air conditioning, and were cleaned daily. They’re also very well placed for getting to both the center and the beach.
