The hotel was awful, with no service at all. The sheets were dirty, the vending machine was broken, and there were no towels, hand soap, or toilet paper. The air conditioning was broken too. I don’t recommend staying here in San Andres. Better to go to Decameron or somewhere else.

The location worked perfectly for getting downtown and straight to the beach, and the rooms were clean. We got very friendly service. The TV remote was unreliable and there wasn’t a channel list, but that was only a small issue. Greetings from Germany.

You’re right by the beach in the heart of the island, with markets and restaurants nearby. The staff are kind, the rooms are clean, and hot water is available, though it’s filtered seawater. I think the top floor has the best view.

The location was excellent, but the cleanliness needs to improve. The walls were dirty and some of the sheets had stains. That’s unacceptable to me.

Horrible service, just really bad. I found used feminine towels in the spout, which was disgusting. I regret staying here. One star.
