Chunu’u is super conveniently located in Santa Marta, and the receptionists can help arrange activities. The hotel was very clean, the amenities were in great condition, and there's a lovely common area you can reach from the hotel. The food and bar were great too. I also appreciated all the Indigenous information. This hostel is amazing, and I'll be back and recommend it to others.

The room was clean and nicely decorated, and the hotel was close to a shopping mall and not far from the city center. It wasn't too expensive, either. But the pool and jacuzzi were dirty, breakfast was small, and the coffee had no taste. Customer service needs clear improvement, and there was no bar staff if you wanted a drink. The shower was broken and there was no hot water. I don't recommend it.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, which made our stay nicer. It's quiet and well located in Santa Marta, with a comfortable bed and good value for money. We spent one night and it was fine. Nothing particularly special, but certainly not bad, and a good option for a short visit.
