We really enjoyed the food and the sauna and steam room. The room, atmosphere, and central location in Villa de Leyva were great, and the customer service was good too.

Being right in the town plaza made it easy to get everywhere. The food was tasty, the accommodations were comfortable, and the service was fantastic. A great hotel and restaurant.

We chose Hotel La Corada in Villa de Leiva, Colombia, after seeing its charming online photos, but the property wasn't as comfortable or convenient as we'd expected. The staff were always helpful and welcoming, though. There isn't on-site parking. You have to leave the car two blocks away, unload your luggage, and walk to the hotel because cars can't reach the entrance. That distance can be inconvenient, especially with bags. The rooms were very small, with little besides a bed and television. They had no windows or air conditioning, so they felt stuffy and uncomfortable, particularly in warmer months. Its location may work for hikers, but the hotel's physical limitations may not suit travelers looking for comfort and convenience.

The Wi-Fi didn't work, and when we opened the sheets, we found a few bugs in the bed. The parking is two blocks away, which was very inconvenient with luggage. The road is so difficult to roll bags on that we had to carry our heavy luggage the whole way.

The beds were comfortable, and the decor was lovely. The staff were helpful and friendly. We had a perfect stay.
