The check-in was confusing because the staff member didn’t tell us the check-in or check-out times, or when breakfast was served. The room also fell short of the photos they had sent: part of the jacuzzi was rusty, there was no hand soap or toilet paper, and the jacuzzi soap came in a glass. Honestly, the stay wasn’t entirely pleasant.

The customer service was awful. They acted like I was asking to stay for free, and their attitude was terrible.

The rooms were roomy and comfortable, with everything needed for a good stay. The facilities also felt modern, clean, and well kept, which made the place feel calm. The staff were helpful and professional from the start, especially Sandra. They paid attention to the little things, and the service really stood out. I’d gladly return and recommend it.

The place itself is lovely, with several pleasant areas, good service, and food you can order. But noise was the problem for me and the group I was with. We heard conversations from other rooms, bathroom sounds, and even snoring. Our room faced the road, so passing vehicles were loud at night and worse during the day. We heard more noise here than at home. If you just need somewhere to sleep, it’s a very nice option. For a break from city noise, I wouldn’t recommend it, based on our experience.
