The property is beautiful, but our room was a real letdown. It had a strong moldy smell, wasn't very clean, and the kitchen wasn't fully furnished. After we reported the odor, maintenance said fixing the water leaks and mold would mean tearing out the walls. They only sprayed air freshener. By nighttime I had a bad headache, and we had to leave the patio doors open to make the smell less strong. We reported it again to the main office. The person there said it would be addressed, but couldn't be fixed while the room was occupied, and wouldn't move us to another room. By the end of our stay, we were both sick with headaches, sore throats, and respiratory issues.

The beach club was a highlight, with a beautiful beach and the restaurant conveniently set right beside it. We especially liked the molten lava cake, and the food was delicious. At Breeze/Pacifico, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed the pools. The service was exceptional, especially from our waiter, Donovan, who was pleasant, accommodating, and very professional.

For the price, the rooms and facilities are okay, though some indoor areas need maintenance and lots of touchups. There’s no EV charging, and the swimming pool is about a five-minute walk. El Coco beach is nice, but not a great beach, and you have to drive five minutes to reach the beach club. Food and drinks cost too much. The tennis and pickleball court hours are ridiculous: only 10am to 3pm, even when the courts are empty, which is when we're all out at the beach.

The office staff went above and beyond to make our stay at Coco Breeze easy and comfortable. Our condo was beautiful, spacious, and clean. It was also in a great spot, quiet and peaceful, with everything easy to reach on foot. I'd recommend it to anyone staying in Playa del Coco.

We had two rooms on the third floor. The place was clean, with a large balcony and filtered water in the condo. The beach was a 10 minute walk away, and the location was great.
