The staff are around 24/7 and were very friendly and helpful. When my seven year old, who swims well, jumped into the pool while we were unloading the car a few feet away, one staff member rushed over to check he was okay. We knew he was going to do it and were distracted, but I really appreciated the quick response. The staff member wasn’t a lifeguard, but was right there just in case. There are two larger pools and a smaller shallow wading pool for kids. They’re small, but very nice, cleaned every few hours, and great for cooling off. Parking is tight, with a small lot that can’t fit a car for every apartment, but there’s street parking and a 24/7 security guard watching the cars. We used it several times and felt fine leaving the car there. The location is wonderful. It was farther from town than I expected, which I liked because it kept things quiet, though it’s still only a few minutes’ drive. We were told the beach was a short walk away, but drove each time. There was always parking when we went in the morning and returned at night, though I can imagine the lot filling up around midday. We stopped at the supermarket in town on the way past, but there’s also a smaller market nearby. There aren’t many restaurants, so you’ll probably want to drive into town for reasonably priced food.

I stayed for a month in this very quiet, safe neighborhood, where everyone was friendly. Many of the apartments are owned by Canadians. Playa Gringo is an amazing, peaceful beach and an easy walk. Playa Ocotal is good for snorkeling.

We love staying at this great complex. It’s clean and safe, and the neighbors are friendly while respecting each other’s privacy. Wilton (manager) and Silvio(gardener) do a stellar job keeping everything in shape. The gardens are especially lovely, and the complex is close to the beach, with a gentle bay that’s perfect for snorkeling.

A friendly, close knit atmosphere and a nice vibe make this a great little condominium complex. The gardens are beautiful and the pool area is nice. The apartments are individually owned, with a mix of permanent residents, snowbirds, and rental units.
