The food was a big part of my stay at Surf Synergy. Meals from Korinne, Jose, and Kathleen were thoughtfully made, and sharing them after a full day brought everyone together. Yoga with Cata and Savannah balanced the surf sessions nicely. Their classes felt grounding and gave my body what it needed. Valeria and Miguel made surfing fun and approachable. They explained things in a way that helped me feel capable, whether I wanted to improve or simply enjoy the water, and I always felt encouraged. The location made it easy to bike into town or down to the beach, so getting around felt relaxed. The staff really made the place special. Everyone I met was kind and talented, including people I didn't work with directly. From the moment I arrived, everything felt welcoming and easy, with care put into the details. I left refreshed and inspired, and already want to return.

Surfing, the instructors, and video analysis helped take us to the next level. I also enjoyed the yoga, breath work, massages, sauna, and cold plunges. The food was delicious, and the chef did a great job accommodating my gluten-free husband and vegan son. Our family of four, ages 19, 22, 56, and 58, spent a week there in January 2026, alongside other fun and interesting guests. SurfSynergy is peaceful, beautifully designed, and well maintained, with a welcoming feel for different ages. The owners and staff were friendly, helpful, and organized. It was a special, grounding, rejuvenating stay.

Having individual surf coaching and a convenient, inviting setup at the beach made every surf day easy. Add the healthy, delicious food and lovely staff, and it made for a tremendous experience. Surf Synergy is a spectacularly beautiful retreat center. I loved every minute there. Thank you!

I'd never surfed before, and I'm way over sixty, but within a few days I was catching waves. That alone was beyond what I expected. The coaches were amazing, the staff lovely, and the food delicious. Body Work, yoga, and all the extras made the stay feel complete. Super thrilled, highly recommend!
