Jeremy was especially helpful and quick to reply whenever we had a question, and check-in and check-out were easy. The condo was clean, modern, and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen, great beds, and air conditioning that worked perfectly in the Jaco heat. We also loved having coffee on the balcony in the morning. The location made it easy to walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants, while being far enough from the main strip for quiet nights. The pool stayed clean and wasn’t crowded, and the security made us feel safe. From arrival, everything was welcoming and went smoothly, just as advertised. We had a great stay at Viva Jaco and would happily come back. It’s a comfortable, clean, well-located option that doesn’t break the bank.

Las Olas Restaurant next door had karaoke from about 10 pm to midnight on a Sunday, then loud music until around 1 am. I’m a heavy sleeper, and even I could hear it from higher floors. I can imagine that being tough for people living there full-time. The building itself is new, well maintained, and has very friendly staff and excellent security. There’s lots of parking, and the location is close to everything you need. Overall, a great building with strong amenities.

The apartment was pretty good, though the shower area wasn’t enclosed, so water spilled across the whole bathroom. The property itself is in good shape and well guarded.

The views from this 17 story building are incredible, whether you’re looking toward the ocean or the green mountains. It was clean and well maintained, and the property exceeded our expectations. We stayed three nights through Airbnb and had a fantastic time. There are three pools, a kids’ pool, a regular one, and a lap pool. The fitness center is a nice extra, though I’d like to see more equipment. It had a spin bike, treadmill, dumbbells up to 50 lbs, and an elliptical that was out of service during our stay. The two elevators were fast, so we rarely waited. Controlled access made us feel safe, and there was plenty of parking. We’d definitely stay again for a relaxing, secure visit to Jacó.

The morning mountain view was beautiful. Everything was easy, comfortable, and clean, and I loved it all.
