Vivo Nosara Hotel

The rooftop yoga deck is a little slice of heaven, with breathtaking panoramic views of the jungle and ocean. VIVO Nosara is up on a hill, which gives it a real jungle feeling, but Playa Guilones is still only about a ten-minute Tuk Tuk ride away. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well designed. The staff, including Karla, Daisy, and the others, were genuinely kind and service-minded, and made me feel welcome. I'll be back, and I've already recommended Nosara and VIVO Nosara to many people.

I loved relaxing by the pool and swimming, and the yoga deck has stunning ocean views. The food was fresh, vegan or vegetarian, delicious, and nourishing, with each meal put together to keep you energized through the day. The rooms were modern, clean, and beautiful. Karla, Maria, and the rest of the team were friendly and helpful every day, while owner James made sure our stays were comfortable and fun. Vivo Nosara is a newly renovated boutique hotel overlooking Playa Guiones on the Pacific, about five minutes from central Nosara. It's simple but has everything you need for a retreat-style vacation. Can't wait to come back. Pura Vida!

This was my favorite place on my 12-day Costa Rica trip, where I stayed for four nights. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are clean, with welcoming, professional staff who were incredibly accommodating. There are great yoga classes every day on the rooftop deck. Set on a quiet hilltop, it has amazing 360-degree views, and the drive to the middle of town is short. An A+ stay, highly recommend it for anyone traveling through the Nosara area.

The pool and workout area were pretty, and the staff were kind. Our room was clean, modern, and nicely kept, but it had no sunlight and felt very dark. It was next to the juice bar, so we heard the mixer starting at 7 a.m. The room also connected to another one, and we could hear the other guests talking.
